PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM

1. Public Health Workforce Development
The main purpose of the program is to improve postgraduate public health training thorough revising the existing training curriculum, training of faculties of the program in internationally accredited schools, acquiring and developing up-to-dated recourse and reference materials in Mongolian language and meet the program international standards.
Basing on the needs assessment, the program focuses on training of health policy makers, health managers, epidemiologists, biostatisticians, researchers through short term training programs and full time degree. Also this program will help institutions involved in public health training in establishing partnership and consulting programs. The program supported the initiative of Public Health Institute on development of regular advanced training course for health managers, researchers, faculties of medical schools and practitioners. Also faculties of the SPH are involved in full time Master's degree international program at the Braun SPH in Israel.
